Hollywood is known for having a lot of films that invoke emotions such as sadness, happiness, fear and even curiosity; but some of the saddest moments in Hollywood film come from melancholy because of the loss of great actors. When Heath Ledger played the best Joker ever in film history, there was a moment of sadness but more than that, there was a celebration of the talent.

The saddest scene in Hollywood would have to be the ending scene of The Fast and the Furious 7, wherein Brian O’Conner was having a moment with his wife and kid; and at the end of the movie, he and Dominic Toretto, his long-time ride partner went out for one last ride.

Here are some of the reasons why it’s the saddest scene in Hollywood movies:

1. Brian O’Conner was computer-generated since the actor Paul Walker died while they were shooting The Fast and The Furious 7.

2. The scene was a last-minute addition or tribute to the real-life actor, which they thought was appropriate seeing as Walker was a huge part of the franchise.

3. It was a symbolic send-off to Paul Walker into the great beyond, and a way of Vin Diesel to say goodbye to his long-time on-screen partner in the Fast and the Furious saga.

Paul Walker is one of the many popular actors in the Fast and Furious franchise. He was known not only because of his good looks, awesome race sequences and well-known character Brian O’Conner. He got into a car accident in 2013 while leaving from Walker's Charity Reach Out Worldwide for victims of Typhoon Haiyan (Yolanda) that struck the Philippines earlier that year. The Porsche Carrera GT crashed into a concrete lamp post and both Walker and the driver, Roger Rodas died in the accident.
